Alexander Gennadivich Razumov was born an April 22nd, 1992 in St. Petersburg. Both of his parents had connections to sports: his mother was a gymnast, and his father was a rower.
After graduating from the Central Sporting Academy, Alexander moved to the Moscow region to play for Triumph. Playing within the Triumph system Razumov worked his way into the first team as well as making the call for the Russian national team as well. In the 2013/2014 season, Razumov was a silver medal winner in the VTB Youth League as part of Triumph-2. While there he was also named the November MVP of the youth league, was champion of the MCBL as part of the student team for MGAFK.
This summer Razumov earned an invitation to be part of the Russian national reserve team and was part of the winners of the Stankovich Cup. Sport Academy: SDYShOR Central (St. Petersburg)
