Sergey Karasev: "Whatever the coach says I follow"

The team started very well. What happened later on?

We didn't play our game. We played too much one-on-one, made unnecessary mistakes. In defense we played fine, but after this we made some silly mistakes. The most important thing is that we won against a good opponent. We shall correct these errors and win with confidence.

We finally got to see you play, how do you and the coach get on?

It's okay, I'm ready for this. For me it's a new challenge in my career, a new stage. Everything the coach says I understand as unsual, there is no conflict and there won't be. All is fine.

Can we ask you about the difference between European and American basketball?

If you play basketball and enjoy it, there's absolutely no difference there. The most important thing is to play our game and be aggressive on the floor.

You played in the new arena for the first time. How do you Yubiliney?

I never played at the previous arena. The Yubiliney is very friendly and everything went quite nicely. If there is the same number of spectators as there was last season then it will always be sold out. In such an atmosphere it's very nice to play. Thank you to the fans, it's their victory as well.
