Alexander Razumov joins Zenit

The summer transfer campaign continues for the blue-white-sky blue. St. Petersburg native Alexander Razumov has joined the team.

Alexander Razumov was born on 22 April 1992 in St. Petersburg. Both his parents were related to sports, his mother in rhythmic gymnastics and the father in rowing. The decision to go to the basketball was due primarily to his height! During the 2013/14 Razumov won the silver medal in the VTB Youth League with Triumph-2 and was voted MVP in the Youth League for November.

In the summer of 2014 Razumov was invited to join up with the Russian team and won the Stankovic Cup with the team. The 2014/15 season saw the power forward play 35 matches, gaining 9.7 points, making 1.3 transmission, 1.1 steals and 4.2 rebounds.
